Moving

After living in my Eichler home for 13 years, I’ve decided to move on to another home.  The memories are bittersweet.  I enjoyed having an Eichler, the neighborhood and neighbors, however, I never got to fix up the home the way I wanted.

I don’t know what type of home that I’d like to have next.  Do I want another mid-century?  Do I want a modern home?  Or do I go back to a very traditional home?  What will I do with all my Herman Miller furniture?

If I move away from California, I can purchase a large home for a lower price, but the job prospects might not be as great.

The answers will come once I’ve sold this home.  Stay tuned.

I love modern design

I’ve started this blog to express my love for modern design.

Ever since I was small, I’ve loved anything modern, despite growing up in a French Provincial home.

I had an Eichler home in the Bay Area for a few years, but now I’m moving on to my next adventure.

In the coming days, I will write about my love for modern and keep you posted on my pursuit of a new residence.
